Sorry it took a week or two!! A bunch of situations with Brazil moving and stuff got me busy… i tried to get it on time i swear im not lazy like you think i am 😭 I’ll make up for it with a long post!! :D

The same day after the zipline, we drove all day long from Fox Glacier to Arthurs Pass!! This is one of the only roads that crosses New zealand from west to east through a teeny passage between mountains! Talk about cool! :D We went up and there was even a bridge under a waterfall that has a canal over it, making the water fall on the side of the road!! It was very pretty 😁
We had to rush though because we had to get to the wilderness lodge no later after 4:30pm because… the lodge is an active working sheep farm!! We met Emily, a baby sheep that was abandoned by her mom and is being raised by the farmers daugher and we got to FEED HER WITH MILK BOTTLED and even HOLD HER 🩷 We learned alot about marino wool and how shearing works!

The day after, we saw a waterfall and castle rock!! (they were my dads favourite by the way)!! Castle rock is a big formation of limestone rocks that were made by shells (the place was underwater a few million years ago) and is one if the most popular bouldering places in the world!! Many people all over the world go there to rock climb! I had my fair share of climbing those rocks and tried it too but after i scratched my back trying to climb one i decided watching pro climbers was just as entertaining. Better them than me!

They also filmed Chronics of Narnia there, so if anyone has watched that let me know. I have no idea what that movie is 😁👍
The following morning, we woke up early, left the lodge, drive 2 hours to Christchurch (The second largest city in NZ) airport and we flew to Rotorua in the northern island. We got there and went to Hanna Lodge, a hotel completely inspired on Alice In Wonderland! It looked EXACT. There was a giant dog in a hole, llamas, cows, bunnies, a very wonderland themed pool, and more!
We checked in at the hotel, went to town to have lunch and back to the hotel to get ready toooooo GLOW WORMS! Whaaaat? Thats right, biolumenescent glowy worms that hide in caves only accesible by canoe that look like teal glowy STARS!!! I saw 14 satelites, the milky way (my astronomy DREAM!!) and 2 shooting stars! My childhood obsession with astronomy paid off extremely well 🩵
The next day, we went to a volcanic spring inside an inactive volcano named Waimangu! There was yellow waters, burning stinky waters, bubbling hot waters, and even a perfectly tinted and beautiful teal mini lake that was bright and colorful!!…… Actually that sounds.. kind of nice. Way better than the rest in my opinion. And it was!!

Then the highlight of the trip. ZORB’s?!?! Gigantic hamster balls filled about a foot with water so we dont turn with the ball in swimsuits as we rolled down gigantic hills!! It was like a washing machine in there!! I went so many times i got dizzy

The following day, we did treetop ziplining/canopy tour on one of the fastest and longest ziplines in the world for three hours with some amazing guides! We went ZORBing again on high demand, then some people went back for Karting during sunset this time.
Then the next day, this long amazing trip was over. NoOoOo :(
we spent 20 hours traveling on end, going through taxis, airports and lounges, went back to the past through time zones and eventually made it home!!
Well!! Thank you so so much for reading my blog! This was an amazing experience to be back writing! I expect that much less people found my NZ chapter, but for whoever saw it thank you sooo much!! I may write more about random things by popular demand, but im still considering :)
BYEEE LOVE YALL 🩷😁
