It’s been a long time, right? Let me reintroduce myself!

Hi! It’s me Clara! Officially back again!

Welcome back to my blog! I’ll be writing a blog section all about my trip to New Zealand this time! I know this is a sailing blog, and im flying to new zealand, but I’ll be writing anyways due to high request of my return! I’ll be there for two weeks with the following people:

Before we continue, I’d like to reintroduce myself, as this post will be all about who I’ve become since Antarctica.

Hello! My name is Clara Laub, 12 year old girl who’s written a blog, conducted a band and spent a birthday underwater! I’ve changed alot since Antarctica. For starters, I’ve developed my own style; my way of expressing myself I hadn’t used before. A style which includes the 2000’s, bracelets up my whole arm and colors galore. This is really a part of who Ive become since Antarctica, because this style makes it easier for me to express myself and it’s really given me a silly personality that will reflect in my writing!

Another big part of who I’ve become is that now do cosplaying, which is a big part of who I am and want to be! [Cosplaying is costuming, but much more serious and is more of a hobby]

(In order left to right) My cookie run kingdom cosplay group! - My sister as Strawberry Cookie, Me as Pure Vanilla Cookie, and my friend Ana as Shadow Milk Cookie! My whole trio’s cosplays were handmade! Outfits by our grandmas, props/accessories by us! Cosplaying is a big part of who I became because it’s made itself into a big hobby! I’m working on thinking of a new cosplay right now!

Ive also grown in band! I have since Antarctica 1. Gotten the award for one of the most improved brass player in our 40 person band, 2. Gotten into band leadership team and 3. Conducted my band in ‘All I want for Christmas!’

Since Antarctica, I’ve also been to many places! Including Venice, Rome, France, London, and NYC!!

I wont talk about all of them, but I’ll say things about Venice, my favourite. I absolutely LOVED Venice! It was beautiful, and I went to a professional, one of a kind mask making workshop and got to make a mask!!

I’ve changed a lot since Antarctica in many ways, and I’m THRILLED to be able to talk to you guys on my blog! Thank you so much, and as I write this on the way to New Zealand, I am excited to say I will be posting again in about a day or two!
